This hot workout video routine takes you through a series of 5 different exercises, 4 minutes each. The workout is very intense and utilizes a lot of strength and endurance to complete so ease your way into it by doing less reps at first and working your self up to the full 20 sec rep routine. Make sure you rest for about 30 secs in between each exercise to catch your breath. All in all a great all body strength/endurance set of  exercises that can be modified into anyone’s weekly routine.
